       黃進，男，中山大學地理科學與規劃學院享受廳級政治生活待遇的離休教授，曾用名李見賢。1927年8月出生于廣東省豐順縣北斗鎮下溪村。1952年畢業于中山大學地理系，同年留校任教至今。曾任中山大學地理系主任，中國地理學會地貌專業委員會副主任、旅游地貌組組長，廣東省地理學會理事及地貌專業委員會主任，廣東省土地學會副理事長，丹霞地貌旅游開發研究會理事長及終身名譽理事長，廣東省1∶50萬地貌圖主編，中國1∶100萬地貌圖編委、學術秘書及粵、桂、湘片片長。長期從事地貌學和河流動力學的教學及科學研究工作，對地貌制圖、地貌坡面發育、地貌分類、河床沙波運動及其推移率測驗和推移量計算、丹霞地貌和氣壓測高儀等方面進行了較系統的研究。改進了國際通用的沙波推移率計算公式。1956年設計出立體繪圖儀，被評為全國先進生產者。研制的丹霞牌氣壓測高儀測高誤差小于0.5米。截至2012年5月5日，對我國已發現的935處丹霞地貌的905處作了實地考察，對流水作用、崩塌作用、風化作用、喀斯特作用及低等植物作用所形成的丹霞地貌都作了較系統的研究，并創建了地殼上升速率、地貌年齡、巖壁后退速率和侵蝕速率四條定量測算地貌發育的公式，是全面系統研究中國丹霞地貌的一位學者。2006年5月榮獲“首屆中國十大當代徐霞客”稱號。已發表論文110篇，出版《丹霞山地貌考察記》、《丹霞山地貌》、《武夷山丹霞地貌》、《山丹霞地貌》等專著。

――祝賀中國科學技術史學會成立三十周年倡

女士們、先生們：
大家好！
今年是中國科學技術史學會的而立之年。30 年前的10 月6 日， 在中國科學技術協會
和中國科學院的大力支持下， 來自全國各地的科學史工作者247 名， 聚集北京， 成立了中
國科學技術史學會（Chinese Society for the History of Science and Technology， 以下簡稱
“學會”）。那天的開幕式是一個高規格的學術集會， 作為一只腳還在門檻外的1978 級科學
史專業研究生， 我有幸窺見了當時的盛況。錢三強、茅以升、李昌、于光遠、錢臨照等科
技界的重要人物親臨致辭； 夏鼐、白壽彝等文史巨擘到場祝賀， 時任中國史學會執行主席
的周谷城與國內眾多學術單位發來了賀電。這種熱鬧景象今日已難再現， 它是在那個特殊
年代里中國科學界、學術界對科學技術史這門學科在制度建設方面顯示高度關注的象征。
會議期間， 與會者采取自愿申請的方式， 每人填表一張， 交入會費一元， 經主席團審批通
過， 就構成了學會的第一批會員。
10 年前， 在慶祝中國科學技術史學會成立20 周年之際， 時任學會理事長之一的席澤
宗先生寫過一篇紀念文章［1］ ； 5 年之后， 當時的學會秘書長韓健平等也發表了一文， 對有
關進展作了補充［2］ 。今天， 我受學會領導和第12 屆中國科學史國際會議組織者的委托，
與在座的各位一道， 回顧學會30 年的光榮歷史， 分享它的成長歷程。因為有上述兩篇文
章可供參閱， 最近5 年來的學會工作將是我報告的重點。
1.學會簡介
中國科學技術史學會是由中國科技史工作者自愿組織起來， 依法登記的全國性、學術
性的非政府組織， 是中國科學技術協會下屬的一級團體會員。它也是國際科學技術史學會
的49 個國家（或地區） 會員之一， 是中國科學史家在國際科學史界的正式代表。
學會的最高決策機構是全國代表大會， 每三至四年召開一次。
