《商務英語函電(第2版)》是根據高等職業教育的培養目標編寫的,以實用為主,夠用為度,突出能力培養。在第1版的基礎上,新增一個單元(代理), 進一步完善了外貿工作流程;重新撰寫了13單元,著重講述了合同的類型及結構,增添了合同中的條款術語和各種不同的表達方法;每單元有針對性地增添了一些練習;適時更新了第1版的實例,選用了大量國際商務活動最新的資料,使教材更具有時代感。全書共分15單元,內容包括:商務書信的編寫,建立商務關系,詢盤、報盤和還盤,訂單,支付方式, 催開和修改信用證,包裝和運輸,保險,投訴、索賠和理賠,簽訂合同,代理和對外貿易中的各種單證。《商務英語函電(第2版)》可作為三年制、二年制高等職業技術學院、高等專科學校、成人教育學院等大專層次的商務英語專業教材,也可作為廣大自學者及外貿工作者的自學用書。
隨著中國正式加入WTO ,國際經濟貿易迅速發展,對不同層次人才的需求不斷擴大。本教材根據高等職業教育培養目標,充分體現高等職業教育的特色,以實用為主,夠用為度。遵循了結合實際業務,突出能力培養,強化實際應用的原則。教學目標是使學生熟悉國際商務活動中的各個環節和特點,掌握商務英語函電的基本詞匯、句型和格式,學會撰寫規范的商務英語函電,切實培養學生運用英語解決商務活動中實際問題的能力,為國家培養從事國際商務工作的高等應用型人才。
本教材編寫特點有:①以對外經貿商務活動中的成交過程為主線;②信函范例精選商務活動的最新材料和實例;③練習形式多樣化,體現實用性、針對性。力求做到學用結合,學以致用,學后會用;④總結列舉典型例句;⑤給出參考譯文及練習答案,便于學生自主學習。
本教材共有14個單元,每單元可用4學時完成,也可以根據具體教學情況自行安排。
