馬慧,首都經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學(xué)信息學(xué)院教授。1993年被評為北京市優(yōu)秀教師,2014年北京市優(yōu)秀黨員。出版專著《質(zhì)量評價與軟件質(zhì)量工程知識體系的研究》獲北京市哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)第十二屆優(yōu)秀成果一等獎。《低碳經(jīng)濟治理體系及以云質(zhì)量管理認證提升資源效率的研究》獲北京市哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)第十四屆優(yōu)秀成果一等獎。
長期從事質(zhì)量工程與質(zhì)量標準的教學(xué)和研究工作。研究重點是:質(zhì)量管理過程的方法論、質(zhì)量工程、國際質(zhì)量標準與能力成熟度評價模型應(yīng)用。近年來,圍繞低碳與質(zhì)量管理,主持并完成了北京市哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)項目 “以云技術(shù)及評價推動北京信息資源配置效率提升的研究”以及主持北京市自然科學(xué)基金項目”基于碳管理能力認證的北京市信息資源碳排放目標實現(xiàn)路徑的研究”。其中, 北社科的項目被評為優(yōu)秀成果項目。申報獲批兩項發(fā)明類專利。教材《軟件質(zhì)量管理與認證方法》為北京市精品教材。
王傳生,首都經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學(xué)教授,副校長, 博士生導(dǎo)師。教育部管理科學(xué)與工程類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會委員;管理科學(xué)與工程學(xué)會常務(wù)理事,教育部本科教學(xué)評估專家。主要從事建設(shè)項目管理、建筑工程造價以及企業(yè)信息化等領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)與研究工作。先后主持和參與國家自然、教育部社會科學(xué)基金等項目多項;主持“大同礦區(qū)低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論與應(yīng)用研究”,“大型煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營理論與實踐”等項目。發(fā)表論文幾十余篇;出版專著2部;獲煤炭工業(yè)科技進步三等獎1項、山東省教育廳科技進步一等獎等以及北京市教育教學(xué)成果一等獎2項、二等獎2項等。
