為擴大與沿線國家的職業教育合作,貫徹落實天津市啟動實施的將優秀職業教育成果輸出國門與世界分享計劃的要求,職業教育作為與制造業聯系最緊密的一種教育形式,正在發揮著舉足輕重的作用。根據共建“魯班工坊”的合作意向,首批印度來華培訓教師在天津參加了“印度·魯班工坊EPIP師資研修班”,并開展了為期一個月的師資培訓。在印度建立的“魯班工坊”為印度數控維修相關企業和當地的中國企業培養急需的技術技能人才,實現了優質資源共享。為了配合印度“魯班工坊”的理論和實訓教學,開展交流與合作,提高中國職業教育的國際影響力,創新職業院校國際合作模式,輸出我國職業教育優秀資源,課題組編寫了《數控機床裝調與檢測》教材。
數控機床的安裝調試主要是數控系統的安裝調試和機械結構的精度檢測與調整,本書講述了數控系統的連接、機床電路、PMC調試、系統參數設定和機床的精度檢測等內容。
項目一為數控系統連接,包含認識FANUC 0i-D系統和FANUC I/O單元模塊連接兩部分。項目二為數控機床電路設計與連接,包含機床電源電路設計與連接和機床控制電路設計與連接兩部分。項目三為PMC調試,包含認識PMC地址和PMC程序調試兩部分。項目四為FANUC CNC系統參數設定,包含基本參數設定和伺服參數設定兩部分。項目五為數控車床的結構與精度檢驗,包含數控車床的結構和ZTXC-15數控車床精度檢驗兩部分。項目六為數控銑床的結構與精度檢驗,包含數控銑床的結構和數控銑床精度檢驗兩部分。
全書共分六個項目,由韓志國、高紅宇主編,戴裕崴主審。項目一、項目三和項目四由韓志國編寫,項目二由王同慶編寫,項目五和項目六由高紅宇編寫;P.Muthuraman和Sureshkumar Seenivasan兩位印度老師結合印度的實際情況,對教材內容進行了合理調整。天津輕工職業技術學院教師王娟、葉菲、宮宇航參與了本書的翻譯工作。
限于編者水平和編寫時間匆忙,書中可能存在疏漏和不妥之處,懇請讀者批評指正。

In response to carry out the plan that share the outstanding achievements in vocational education with the world,vocational education plays an important role as one of the manufactoring-favoured types of education.Acoording to the cooperative intention of lauching“Luban Workshop”,the first Indian trainees came to Tianjin to participate the“India Luban Workshop EPIP teacher training classes”and a month-long teacher training.Indian“Luban Workshop”cultivates skilled personnel in urgent need for Indian CNC maintenance-related enterprises and local Chinese enterprises so that high-quality resource sharing can be achieved.In order to cooperate with Indian“Luban Workshop”in both theoretical and practical ways and to enhance the international influence of Chinese vocational education,CNC machine tool adjustment detection is written as the time requires,developing innovative cooperation models and sharing Chinese high quality vocational education resource.
With numerical calculation being the core technology,NC machine tools are cold processing equipment,executing program codes and coordinating all work with computers,which is a core technology applied in intelligent manufacture.Being mechanical processing equipment of high speed,high precision and high reliability,they are mainly applied in fields of IT,auto,light industry,medicine,aviation,etc.
Project one introduces NC system connection with the basic knowledge of the FANUC 0i-D system and FANUC I/O unit module connection.Project two explains the design and connection of CNC machine tools,including machine power supply circuit design and connection,machine control circuit design and connection.Project three is about PMC debugging,consisting of PMC address and PMC program debugging.Project four talks about FANUC CNC system parameter setting,including basic parameter setting and servo parameter setting.Project five presents the CNC lathe structure and accuracy test,including the structure of CNC lathe and ZTXC-15 CNC lathe accuracy test.Project six introduces CNC milling machine structure and accuracy test,including the structure of CNC milling machine and ZTXX30A CNC milling machine precision test.
The book is divided into six programs among which Program one,three and four are compiled by Han Zhiguo,Program five and six by Gao Hongyu and Program two by Wang Tongqing.P.Muthuraman and Sureshkumar Seenivasan made reasonable adjustment in contents in correspondence with Indian facts.Teachers of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College Wang Juan,Ye Fei and Gong Yuhang participated in the translation work of this book.

韓志國,天津輕工職業技術學院,教研室主任、副教授,國家骨干高職院校數控設備應用與維護專業建設核心成員,天津市高水平示范校建設數控設備應用與維護專業建設負責人,天津市精品課程負責人,天津市科委高新技術評審專家,天津市級教學團隊成員。主編教材3部,其中國家“十一五”規劃教材1部,國家“十二五”規劃教材1部。從事數控設備應用與維護專業教學工作12年,參加國家自然科學基金項目1個,負責國家教改項目1個,天津市級教改項目1個。
