本書致力于把實用、典型、核心、前沿的物流業(yè)務(wù)知識傳遞給讀者。全書共分3個模塊。第1模塊為基礎(chǔ)篇(共3章),內(nèi)容涉及物流概論及著名物流公司的介紹、物流商務(wù)禮儀;第2模塊為專業(yè)篇(共11章),內(nèi)容分別為倉儲、采購、配送、運輸、包裝、國際貨運代理、物流信息管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、第三方物流、逆向物流、物聯(lián)網(wǎng);第3模塊為業(yè)務(wù)篇(共4章),內(nèi)容涉及國際物流業(yè)務(wù)中所運用的相關(guān)文件。各章分別包含學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、課文、詞匯、注釋、案例分析、補(bǔ)充閱讀、課后練習(xí)等內(nèi)容。附錄部分收集了物流術(shù)語。
本書適合高等院校物流專業(yè)學(xué)生使用,也可供物流行業(yè)從業(yè)人員及相關(guān)人員學(xué)習(xí)參考。
